Booking terms and cancellation fees for ready-to-camp

• Minimum reservation is for 2 nights on Fridays and Saturdays and 3 nights for holidays.

• Reservation deposit :  55% of the value of your stay  Visa or Mastercard 

• Full payment is required 2 days before your arrival. An automatic debit will be made directly from your credit card. It is important to call us if you change your credit card because if you do not pay the balance, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit retained.

• A security deposit of 100$ will be required on your arrival ans will be refund 48 hours after your departure if no breakage or missings equipments.

• Cancellation made 30 days or more  of the arrival date:  You will be billed a $ 20.00 fee + taxes. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 15  and 29  days of the arrival date : You will be billed a night fee per site + taxes. If your reservation is 7 days or more, you will loose your deposit. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 8 and 14 days of the arrival date deposit will not be refundable. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 3 and 7 days of the arrival date : Your deposit will not be refundable. No reservation modification will be possible.

• Cancelation 2 days or less from the date of arrival  :  No cancellation or refund possible for any reason. The total of your reservation will be debited from your card.

• If you do not show up on the day of your reservation , and you do not notify, the site will be made available the next day.

• Pets are strictly prohibited except for de Kamouk and adapted pod.  If you don't respect this rule, you will be expelled

• You will be charge an extra 10$ fee  per day for cleaning if you come in the Kamouk  or Megapod adapté with your pet.

• It is strictly forbidden to add additional equipment to the ready-to-camp site.

• Please note that you will not be allowed to park your vehicle on site, but you will still be nearby.

• Arrival: 3 p.m. and departure: 12 p.m.

• Ready to camp units are non-smoking You are allowed to smoke outside only.

• Campfires are permitted in the designated areas and should never be left unattended. Do not bring wood from outside our area to prevent the spread of various diseases to our beautiful forest.

• The curfew is at 11 p.m., which means that from this time on, noise is no longer tolerated. In order to respect other campers, we ask you to avoid making noise in the morning before 8 a.m.

• Visitors are welcome but must pay an entry fee. They must have leave before 11 p.m. No visitors will be admitted after 9 p.m.

• You are responsible for doing the dishes and cleaning the BBQ and the work surfaces before your departure. All items must be clean and stored in their place.

• You are responsible for bringing your waste, recycling and instructions to the places provided for this purpose.

• It is strictly forbidden to cut wood, plants or shrubs on the entire campsite

• Biking is allowed until sunset, it must be done in a safeway and you must respect the speed limit of 10km / h. It is forbidden to cross the land of another tenant on foot or by bicycle. Please notify your children.

• Children are under the responsibility of their parents or carers at all times, even in the presence of a lifeguard and / or animator.

• Children must also remain polite at all times when campsite employees speak to them.

• Swimming is allowed at the lake, but you should know that there is no lifeguard so it is at your risk. We do not accept any responsibility.

• No child under the age of 12 or who cannot swim should be left unattended.

• At the swimming pool, all children under 12 or who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult, even in the presence of the lifeguard.

• At all times, day and evening (before curfew), light music and noise are tolerated as long as they do not disturb the neighbors.

• The consumption of cannabis is prohibited throughout the campsite.

• Anyone who makes verbal or physical threats to another camper and / or an employee of Camping du Parc will face an immediate expulsion without reimbursement and without appeal.

• The management of Camping du Parc reserves the right to evict any tenant or visitor who does not comply with the regulations, without refund.
