Booking terms  ​

• Arrival must be between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please call us to let us know.  If you want to arrive earlier, you must call to check if the site is free.  If so, an additional charge of $ 5 per adult will apply. 

• Departure is at 1 p.m. If the site is free on the day of your departure, you can stay there until 4 p.m. at no additional cost. 

• Number of equipment allowed per site: One equipment and one mosquito net.  We tolerate two tents on some sites but a charge of $ 35 will apply for the second equipment.

• 4 adults maximum per site.

• The rental price of a site is valid for a camper group of 2 adults and 4 minor children. An additional charge of $ 10.44per night, plus tax, will be charged for each additional adult occupying the same camping unit on the rented site. For children, an amount of $ 5.00 per night per additional child will be charged. 

• Cats and dogs (2 per land) are accepted at no additional cost. 

• Minimum reservation : 2 nights at all times and 3 nights during the Fête des Patriotes, St-Jean-Baptiste, Confederation, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. 

• One night reservation possible 48 hours in advance only by phone. 

• Group reservations: by phone only. 

• For de construction holydays a minimum of 5 weeday nights are required from sunsay to thursday.  Around mid-April, the restrictions are lifted for the remaining sites.

• Cyclists welcome: Those who cycle-camping are guaranteed to have a site without service at all times, at the applicable rate. However, a particular site cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. 

• Reservation deposit : 55% of the stay, on Visa or Mastercard. 

• The final payment will be taken 2 days before your stay on your credit card. It is important to call us if you change your credit card because if you do not pay the balance, your land will be canceled and your deposit retained.

• Fees :  A reservation fee of $ 3.00 is added to each contract. This is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

• Cancellation made 30 days or more  of the arrival date:  You will be billed a $ 20.00 fee + taxes. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 15  and 29 days of the arrival date : You will be billed a night fee per site + taxes. If your reservation is 7 days or more, you will loose your deposit. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 8 and 14 days of the arrival date deposit will not be refundable. However, it is possible to modify the reservation during the same season at no cost. 

• Cancellation made between 3 and 7 days of the arrival date : Your deposit will not be refundable. No reservation modification will be possible.

• Cancelation 2 days or less from the date of arrival  :  No cancellation or refund possible for any reason. The total of your reservation will be debited from your card. For example, for a reservation on Friday, it will no longer be possible to cancel without losing your entire reservation from Wednesday morning 8 a.m.

• If you do not show up on the day of your reservation , and you do not notify, the land will be made available the next day.
